I am available for telehealth, in-person, and housecalls.

The services I provide focus on the needs of my client, first and foremost. Acceptance, authenticity, affordability, and adaptability are the cornerstones of the person-centered style of therapy I offer. I work especially well with those who have had negative therapeutic experiences in the past or have difficulty connecting to others.

I specialize in working with those who need support while learning to live as their authentic selves. I mainly work with the queer community and those with Autism, ADHD, and OCD, however I welcome anyone who feels my skill set is what can help them gain the most out of life. While you set the pace, we will go deeper and work with the whole body to heal those patterns that are not helpful anymore. I don’t want to bandage you up and send you back to the battle, together we will focus on recovery and healing.

While you or your loved ones are working with me, you’ll always receive individualized and collaborative support. In addition, I prioritize trauma-informed care and multicultural awareness and sensitivity. My emphasis is a humanistic approach which focuses on authenticity to build a connection between us. Over time, it should feel as comfortable as meeting a friend for a cup of tea.

Sandtray Therapy

Exposure and
